Job Title: 1164641: Senior .NET Developer Duration: 1 year
Location: Herndon, VA Description The client seeks a senior .NET Developer to support a complex application in Herndon, VA. This candidate will be a self-starter with ability to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy .NET-based applications for an enterprise-level client. Note: Resource must be available to work onsite at client facility in Herndon, VA. No remote work. Required Skills: • A minimum of 5+ years developing/implementing/scaling in .Net using MS technology stack • Experience in multi-tier architecture and .NET Web apps • Experience developing/working with the following: o C# o Visual Basic 6 o VB.NET o HTML o CSS o Frameworks (MVC, Bootstrap) o SRSS o Crystal Reports • Advanced knowledge of MSL SQL Server and how relationshal databases function Preferred Skills: • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years industry experience. • Experience with Data Analytics & Team Foundation Server (TFS) a plus • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot , adapt, and resolve operational and architecture issues • Experience with code versioning and change management concepts • Experience with full Agile life-cycle software applications development (i.e., design, construction, testing, and implementation) • Demonstrated ability to lead others and manage multiple assignments simultaneously Additional Provisions • Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status(Green Card), or H1B-Visa. • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years.
