Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Experience with HA and DR methodologies (clustering and Mirroring, Replication and Log shipping) Experience with backups, restores and recovery models. Experience with Database upgrades and migrations. Good communication and documentation skills.
