*Duties:*

· This individual will be responsible for documenting as-is and
negotiating common direction where possible for to-be business processes
for:

oA global Program Management Office

oChange and Transformation department (adoption and deployment)

oGlobal Business Case development, submission and review/approval
process.

· The Business Process Analyst's role is to devise and design
business process requirements for all business, financial, and operations
systems critical to core organizational functions.

· This includes researching and analyzing data in support of
business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements.

· The Business Process Analyst is also responsible for proactively
generating and compiling reports based on his or her findings, complete
with recommended improvements to, or new requirements for, business
processes and operational procedures.

· This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and
problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of investments and to
assist in implementing enabling technologies and/or systems.


*Skills:*

· 7-10 years working on complex business process mapping and
re-engineering projects

· Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to
extensively analyse business processes and workflows

· Complex business process mapping (as-is)

· Eliciting requirements for to-be business processes

· Business process gap analysis

· Definition and explanation of process alignment opportunities

· Modeling skills for demonstrating as-is and to-be business
processes to a range of stakeholders (business and technical)

· Sophisticated communications skills for conducting in-person and
remote requirements gathering and validation activities working with all
levels of stakeholders (including C-Class)

· Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation
and presentations

· High level of competence with MS Office, Visio and process
mapping tools

· Preferably skilled in UML and BPMN 2.0

*Education:*

· Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited university/college

· Engineering degrees a plus
