The business partner follows the standards, methodologies, polices and processes established through the business partner and Project Management methodology. The business partner role requires an individual who has depth within several of the following disciplines; business process modeling, project management methodologies, information management, vendor performance, and bank operations. * * *Required Knowledge/Skils:* (Excellent organization skills, etc.) and IT Skills (ex. Programming skills with Java *Requirement Skill:* 2-3 Years of relevant experience in project management of business analysis. Strong documentation, presentation and facilitation skills. Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Project Office, excel and other project management tools. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience in the field of computer science or business administration Preferred Skills:* * Experience in Banking operations Experience in systems analysis, process modeling, process design, suggesting and implementing process improvements Certification in Project Management - Project Management Institute (PMP or CAPM) or others, including but not limited to: International Institute of Learning (APMC), American Academy of Project Management Familiarity with financial services software of systems Manages the day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects Reviews high level deliverables across projects Minimizes high level scope and risk across projects Experience with leading and/or managing is preferred.
