Must have a minimum of 14 years of experience in IT industry with a minimum of 4 years of experience in architecting, designing and implementing systems using variety of web technologies 2. At least 4 years of hands-on experience working on web technology set. This includes HTML4/5, CSS2/3, JavaScript, YUI 3. Must have experience in implementing web projects with a JS MVC framework. 4. Strong Command over Object Oriented Concepts and Object Driven development. 5. Expert in current UI/FED technology, framework to be able to consult clients on technology, help with tech roadmap 6. Experience & Understanding on Measuring Web App Performance parameters and implementing Code Optimization techniques. 7. Strong people management skills Ability to build high performing teams, mentoring team members, building a strong second line, ability to attract & retain talent 8. Strong engineering skills with experience of working in agile driven projects 9.
