This position is for* Project Manager *Please find the complete details

*Experience & certification*



·         Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in a technical discipline, OR
six (8) years of relevant IT professional experience.

·         5 years of progressive experience in management
support/administration in a corporate environment supporting more than three
(3) departments within one division at the same time with agility to respond
to change in requirement.

·         Minimum 3 years experience using defined ITIL processes. ITIL or
PMP certifications or recognized training.

·         Minimum of 2 years experience in advanced document integration and
classification for document management operation.

·         Minimum of 4 years experience coordinating project deliverables by
assisting assigned Project Manager.

·         Minimum 2 years documentation experience in a utility company or
corporation with high volume documentation environment with a minimum of 15
SOPs per month.

·         Minimum of 4 years experience in documenting systems migration
such as (mainframe, tape system, data conversation and data prevention).

·         Minimum of 3 years experience working with computer operations
team, systems administrator, developers and business technology analyst.



*Technical Skill*



·         Thorough knowledge of the principles and methods of data gathering
and compilation.

·         Ability to write clear concise reports, memoranda, directives and
letters.

·         Ability to plan, assign and supervise the work of others as
directed by SSOD Manager.

·         Ability to meet with vendors and Commission’s IT customers/users
and discuss problems and complaints tactfully, courteously and effectively.

·         Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
with internal and external contacts.

·         Selected candidate will be required to use the following tools to
deliver expected documentations (with associated years of experience):

·         Visio – 3years, PowerPoint – 3years, MS-Word – 4years, MS-Excel –
4years, and Document Management Systems – 5years).



*Responsibilities *



·         Mainframe Documentation and Open Systems (Microsoft/Linux);
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the following; IBM Z/OS-v1-9
Operations, IDMS Migration and routine maintenance, daily computer
operations, back-up operations, start-up and closeout of data center, print
output, job scheduling, escalation management process, Database management,
IPL checks, Storage Tek tape management maintenance, Linux

·         configuration documentation, new server build documentation,
systems integration, systems design and specifications, applications and
database (Oracle, MS-SQL, or IDMS) relationship documentation, release
management checklist, ad hoc reports, ad hoc documentation, Web portal
configuration and best practices, MS-Exchange policies and administration;
and policy documentation for operations and tape library management

·         and technical meeting minutes.

·         Maintaining up-to-date documentation of policies and procedures
and maintain a high level of professionalism with staff. The selected
candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as,
able to work well with others. The selected candidate must also be able to
multi-task and prioritize work to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
Selected candidate will be required to use the following tools to deliver

·         expected documentations (Visio, PowerPoint, MS-Word, MS-Excel, and
Document Management Systems). The selected candidate will be required to
work with Project owner or Project Managers in capturing business
requirements, gap analysis, and translation of business requirements into
technical design documents.

·         Researching processes, systems and any technical data necessary to
write a complete document. Technical documentation includes, but is not
limited to, several Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), IT policy
documents, Functional Design Documents, Systems Design Documents and
Requirements Documents. Use of Information Technology Infrastructure Library
(ITIL) and/or Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF).

·         Gathering technical data by conducting interviews with personnel
on all professional levels. Must be able to learn systems and processes
quickly and efficiently, and be able to translate technical data into
comprehensible documentation; work directly with business technology analyst
in developing requirements and project deliverables based on defined scope
under assigned Division Manager.

·         Working with SSOD Manager in scheduling operational, projects and
business meetings;

·         Follow-up with business partners and vendor management;
Documentation of meeting minutes and action item to participants.

·         Preparing and presenting oral and written reports including
conclusions and recommendations of technical and business solutions to
problems or procedures as directed by SSOD Manager.

·         Reviewing memoranda, reports and similar material for the purpose
of summarizing and making recommendations concerning same; Coordinating the
schedules of several professional/management individuals and arranging
meeting with outside parties;

·         Performs related work as required.
