Job Description
We are seeking a Developer who will 70% of the time be doing .Net
Development for the Development team and the remaining time will be their
IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Developer.
*MUST KNOW IVR*
** Thorough experience in .NET Development**
- Programmer/Analyst skills in IVR
1. Understanding end-user call flow and usability requirements
2. Ability to discuss and develop high-level requirements with business
users.
3. Ability to understand our members needs for a self-service IVR.
4. Technical skills in current environment:
· Unify/Siemens OpenScape Voice Portal version 7.0 R3 (which is a
re-packaged version of Unify/Genesys Voice Portal (GVP) version 7.6)
· MISC: VoiceXML, database/SQL, web services, batch programming
5. Ability to assist business and Telecom staff with infrastructure
planning and implementing features like text-to-speech and automated
employee directory.
