Experience of creating test frameworks (for APIs, web, and mobile applications) choosing testing tools like Selenium, Watir, Appium, Calabash, and Frank Ability to work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to create and prioritize Test Plans Interest in business domains and key business drivers influencing quality of software applications Ability to work collaboratively with other team members – leading, mentoring and/or guiding.
