Job Description

My customer has a vacancy for a Web developer and technical content
producer with advance Web development skills providing fulltime support for
production and development environments for our online e-commerce sites.



*Primary Responsibilities include: *

Perform activities related to support and maintenance, requirements
gathering, coding and testing of enhancements and defect corrections for
our e-Commerce systems and web properties. Work will require strong
client-side programming skills. We are looking for a highly motivated
individual with strong communication analytical and organizational skills.
Require local based support but candidate would also be required to work
together with external vendors to ensure maintenance requests and updates
are completed on time and within budget. Web master experience is required
including experience with website performance monitoring tools for
monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting.



*Skills and Responsibilities *

· Update and maintain e-commerce platform made in Magento and Wordpress

· Possess expertise in PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, XML, CSS and
other coding modalities

· Expert in Object Oriented design and programming experience

· 3rd party API integrations

· Experience SVN and code repository system, preferably GIT.

· Experience in dynamic website design and development

· Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL statement generation,
triggers and stored procedures

· Cross-browser/platform development experience advantageous

· Experience in being lead developer and managing releases to always ensure
a seamless and successful result

· Experience working with web-based applications in a high-load production
environment.

· Experience in developing and implementing enterprise web-based
applications and e-commerce applications

· Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.

· Work with off-site technical teams

· Execute, monitor and report on outbound communication channels

· Create and edit HTML templates for e-blast communications as required

· Provide technical support for our web properties as required

· Provide day-to-day updates and improvements of our e-commerce platforms

· Implement front-end development solutions to support business including
sales and marketing requests as they relate to e-commerce or web
development

· Work with project managers, designers and engineers to produce bug-free
and high functional digital solutions.

· Liaise/coordinate with overseas team to handover any technical issues
that were not resolved during your shift.

· Write pure, standards-compliant code

· Work closely with technology business unit managers, marketing and
designers to translate designs into websites, apps, HTML emails, and
interactive experiences.

· Magento Enterprise experience required.

· Test, debug, and build code that works across multiple browsers and
digital platforms
