   - Experience with VMWare products/infrastructure (i.e. vSphere family)
   - Experience working in managed services/hosting environment –
   CRITICAL!!!
   - Networking experience
   - Zerto experience – CRITICAL!!!
   - Good practical understanding of datacenter architecture
   - Understanding of storage concepts, architecture and storage platforms
   (i.e. SAN/NAS/DAS)
   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
