*Position:- Cisco Voice Engineer* *Duration:- 6+ Months* *Location:- Austin, TX* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Responsibilities:* · CCNP, 6 years of Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unity/Unity Connect, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE/CVP), Cisco routing/switching *The Worker will be required to perform advanced Voice-Over IP communications systems work which will involve:* · implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the agency’s communications systems · install, configure, test, upgrade, and maintain communications systems equipment and software · direct the implementation of modifications to agency’s communications systems · manage and administer Call Manager servers, including planning and coordinating application upgrades and maintenance activities · maintain quality of service (QOS) controls to support voice over IP/frame relay/ATM · configure telephony applications such as CVP, ICM, IP communicator, interactive voice response along with other call-center centric software packages · monitors the communications systems environment and takes corrective measures to ensure efficient and resilient performance.
