Understand.  Sorry I did not have an answer for you but Houston prices are
different than rural Louisiana.  My wife says it would be about $100 for a
service call to remove the toilet and cap.Will

I just checked the Temple Amateur Radio Club’s site, and HamExpo is officially 
on, according to their July newsletter.  Their newsletter says registration 
should go live later this week.   They didn’t explicitly state the date, but I
