2022-11-12 Thread Kori Rahman via BVARC
All,

I am ECSTATIC to hear these results! I haven't seen anyone else commenting
on this yet, so I wanted to chime in and say congratulations to everyone.
There were SO MANY people who came out for us this year and made this
possible. We had BVARC, TDXS, KARS, and UHARC come together to represent
Houston area hams for this Field Day event. THANK YOU ALL! I also want to
make a quick shout out to our Field Day coordinator Anthony Morones
(W5LIC)! He did an excellent job. Now let's see about making the top spot
next year!?!?!?! I know we have the people, the resources, and the passion
to make it happen. Well done everyone!

Thanks and 73!

[BVARC] Field Day 2022 Results for KK5W

2022-11-12 Thread Rick Hiller via BVARC
The December 2022 QST has the Field Day results starting on page 60. Our
10A category results are on page 69. We are the only group reporting 10 A.

Results show us at 4318 QSO's146 participants and a final score of
17,442. Not too shabby. (in 2019 we had a score of 15,882 for a 6th place
finish.)

I had a quick scan of the total score columns and it looked like we were
3rd place in total score. They did not list a top ten this year, or last
year.

Well done ! Congrats to all !
