[BVARC] BVARC WFD Sign up sheet

See sheet for details on operating times and camping sign-up.

A few volunteer positions will be needed throughout the event. Those are:

   - Meal prep assistant, distribution, and clean up
   - Talk-in Net Control, greeter, and sign-in sheet manager
   - General take down and clean up for camp sites
   - HF Station manager (adjusting bands and modes according to band
   conditions)

Please put your call sign and times available down on the sheet if you'd
like to help out.
