in the back of my brain says to ground the vertical to the ship , you need more
that a single copper wire. More like 4 massive ground cables. However I could

modifications to make, to pass it's control cable through the deck. We've also
the semi-permanent transmission line jumpers to pass through the deck. We're
also bringing in a man-lift to wrangle the antennas on the top of Cavalla's
sail.As part of the manlift use - the museum will request a few extra items
that need this high a reach. We'll also see if we can mock up the actual
stations - and get the computer logging on N1MM configured.Let me know if
you're coming down Saturday, so I can out your name at the gateDepending on how
the weekend goes - we may also be spending some time at the ships on Sunday, so
if you can come on Sunday vs. Saturday, let me know that too.73Mark JanzerK5MGJ___

Using a Kamikazi drone should present the least legal difficulty.Cannot shoot
the drone and just cannot jam the RF going to the drone but if two drones
happen to run into each other, " mistakes" happen

Mike,

This is 1000% a Real Video. ... .I am less certain about the drone, but it
looks real to me.
I wish it was just as legal for me to shoot these down as they seem to believe
it is for them to fly them over my head.
There were three drones flying over the 4th of July Crowd out in Fulshear,  I
am not sure how safe having these in the air over a large event, and should be
prohibited.
I guess I could start my own Surface to Air Missile Hobby and see how that
works our for me. :) There is a RF weapon of sorts that looks to interfere with
the communications between the Drone ans the remote. It looks easy to build
with an Android device.
I love toys, but would never drive my RC car on the Freeway or endanger people
overhead either.

Have Fun,JeffKG5LRP

Re: [BVARC] Running feeder line question

Now is the time to upgrade your electrical.Putting extra outlets is a snap.
Just very carefully with the Romex available these days(NM-B)It is thinner than
NM and do not hammer the staples tight. Using 4 inch box with single device
opening and 3/4 inch flex conduit deadheaded in the attic, one will be able to
run a 20 amp line in the future. Extra outlets in the halls etc good for vacuum
cleanersI hope you get the ideaSent from my LG K10, an AT 4G LTE smartphone

Jo. The TEXAS has the appropriate staff to deal with the equipment and see that
if that equipment  is suitable for the ship. They will be able to determine
what ship type the units belong.  The idea is to equip the Texas Navy as TEXAS
is the flagship.
