It seems like the binaries (aside from the os x one) aren't up yet. It
would be good to have them for the new ghc and platform.

cabal release binaries for 1.24.0.2 ?

I noticed that there there are no binaries for 1.24.0.2 and in fact
the webpage still links the source tarball for 1.24.0.1 as the latest?

It would be good to get this fixed.
