Yes, as Dinusha mentioned in her reply, we do have the feature in data
services. The user guide section for Excel data source can be found here
[1], and also a sample at [2].

ESB does not contain inbuilt feature to do this. But you can write your own
Custom mediator to achieve this through ESB.  Rather writing a custom
mediator, WSO2 Data Services Server itself contains inbuilt feature to use
Excel as a data-source and extract the data. So you can use either WSO2 DSS
product or you can install data-services feature within ESB and use it from
there.
