Re: [Care2002-developers] Reports

2009-11-13 Thread Raoul Bönisch
Hi!

Having reports in care2x would be a great thing.

I am a physician in germany planning to establish care2x at the
hospital I am working at. Currently I have care2x from svn trunk
2.6 running at home. There are still some problems though.

Here is my transition plan from old HIS to care2x at my hospital:

1. Have care2x running on my home computer. Have an entry mask
for single user usage where I can enter name and birthday of
patient and the medical data like examination results I take on
first sight of patient on admission. Having these infos stored
from one effective web form into the mysql database on my home
computer.

2. Use the care2x on my home computer at work over internet https
connection and printing the reports about the data to put it into
the patient's file (as paper printout) at my hospital.

3. Having staff and chief notice the efficient care2x usage.

4. Setting up operation room management in my care2x and have the
secretary enter patient info for patients to be operated. Then do
the operation room management in care2x - currently we use a
paper book!!

5. Taking over ambulance management by having all staff enter
their patient info into the care2x system and letting them do
printouts for the paper files we currently use.

6. Take over all other parts of the hospitals which use paper
stuff by care2x. Next main part would be ward/station management.
Have all paper stuff from ward - everything there is written on
papers - be managed in care2x.

7. Move the care2x system to a computer at my hospital. I need
permission to do that first.

Reports would be needed for all the printouts to have the stuff
as paper files during transition.

Greetings,

Raoul Bönisch

Hi Raul,
