We released a stable version November last year and we have moved out
all non-complete or incorrect translations. When we have contributors
who will take care about these translations they are warm welcome.
To start these translation I would suggest following two steps:
Actually the main care2x do have just core translations what are mainly
complete. Look to the existing - and not complete - translations for
care2x:

Try to compare how it is fitting when you download care2x and installing
the language packs:
