Is not correct that i left the project.
I am ever connected with care2x community, and still now Project admin.
I left the rule of Release manager (a rule thet must change every 6
mounths).
Now i am actively porting the system for Italy.
The porting on php5 must be decided by the nextrelease manager.

Hi Rafael,
The last release manager, Claudio, left the project. I do not have time
enough to come closer to that issue to update the versions there. Any
volunteer who could take care about that job?
Actually, by a comment of Gjergj, this issue is solved so far. First
tests succeeded and will be maintained soon. Actually it is running
under php5 stable now. But somehow someone should decide and confirm
that it is stable, not just me :-)

year 2002 and that is really good. I has a lot of modules and I asume

1) There is not a new release
2) There is not an annoucement (at least I haven't found) for the
latest release date
3) Even when rc2 is release on december 2007, it does not support
php5. Php4 is not offcialy longer supported by php since year
2007[1]. Distributions such as centos 4 or debian etch would still
suported for a couple of year more
4) is to hard to install, but I guess that is beacuase we are still on
a rc2

For all this reasons, we are looking for other software libre
alternatives to care2x. That doesn't mean we won't use care2x, just we
have to take a look around.

Hi Gjergj, Robert, Elpidio and all the real "Carers" I this days, after my comunication, i have received many solidal messages. Sign that probably i have work on the right side. Is time for me, as i told, to pass the RM position. But this not mean i will abando the project. As project Manage, as Clinician, as Nurse, i whant continue to help support and actively work on the Care2x "Philosophy" Let me recoomend Gjergj as new RM. Hi all It is time for me to give a turn to my work 'n research. Care2x seems to be like a terminal patient. I have spent a lot of time and power over it. But alone, also with two knights like Robert and Gjergij the work is unbelivable and too hard... So is my intention to abandon the release manager position.
