They're also available from the public Maven2 repositories if your project
uses Maven2.
We're working on getting a webmaster to start updating this web site (we
lost some of the stuff in the translation from the old site to the new site
:-/)

It's not silly at all. I believe you can't find it because the link
is still missing from the Jasig Web site. Downloads are available at
