We're having a great week so far. Yet another regression in 5.80008 has been found. This regression caused failure on systems where older versions of the removed restarter engine weren't available anymore.
Catalyst-Runtime 5.80011 has just been uploaded, and corrects that problem,
with no other changes.
The Changelog is included below as always.

Bug fixes:
- Remove leftovers of the restarter engine. The removed code caused test
failures, which weren't apparent for anyone still having an old version
installed in @INC.
