[cayugabirds-l] Union Springs, NY bald eagle nest

15 Feb. 2023      61 degrees, sunny with a few light clouds 
Fri., 10 Feb. I saw an eagle on the nest & one farther east in a tree on 
private land west of the gas station.. No scope along. Just binoculars.Blue 
birds have been checking out "their" longtime boxes on my clothesline posts. 
They also have a dead tree limb with holes that they usually nest in.
Lake is bare N, E, S & W of Frontenac Island. Ponds are almost so. Sad.

[cayugabirds-l] Bluebirds on Mount Pleasant fields

Bluebirds (small flock, at least from what I could tell; maybe about 8 or so) 
spotted on the Mount Pleasant fields this morning; not the first time this 
winter though. I’m pretty sure they’ve been there a for at least the last 
couple of weeks.
