I noticed an interesting behavior with a robin in our gravel driveway. It had a large worm in its beak, and would drag it along, then start spining around in a circle dragging it all the while, then stop and re-grab it then walk straight for a few steps. It repreated the dragging and spinning and walking until it was in the tall grass and I lost sight of it. Has anyone else seen anything similar?
