*Job Description*:

1.   An A+ java development architect who can design a multitenant,
large-scale web application (SaaS) with responsive design that is scalable
on mobile devices

2. Ability to define reference architecture, best practices, and coding
standards. Additionally, ensure that the standards and best practices are
followed by the on-site and off-shore development teams

3. Ability to do hands-on development to develop POC and to take lead
on developing key system modules

4. Experienced with designing integration architecture – REST/SOAP
services, ETL (Informatica), and Messaging (JMS)

5. Experienced in an agile development environment, capable of working
independently and leading a group of Java developers



*Technical Skills*



o   10+ years of Java development experience

o   Spring MVC, Hibernate

o   JavaScript, Angular, Node.js,

o   PL/SQL and Oracle Relational Database, NoSQL Database (MongoDB)

o   CI Tools: Jenkins, Maven, Liquibase

o   Automated Testing Tools: Selenium, Junit, Sonar Cube

o   REST/SOAP based services, ETL (Informatica)

o   Oracle WebLogic Application Server

o   Good experience in defining architecture for scalable global web
applications

o   Experience in defining architecture with high number of concurrent users



*Good to Have**:*

o   Experience in Intellectual Property Management and Contracts Management
systems (HIGHLY DESIRABLE)

o   Experience in education/publishing industry

o   Docker

o   Tomcat

Architecting (L1)*
1)Should be able to appreciate complex business scenarios in respective
domain like telecom or enterprise or financial solutions and come out with
robust, scalable technology architecture solutions and technically guide
the implementation team throughout the SDLC
(2) Should understand various architecture models and application stacking
/ layering to provide business with suitable technology alternatives with
in Java / J2EE technologies.
(3)Should be able to provide cost effective, open standard, highly secured
multi-platform, multi-data source, multi-channel solutions considering
Virtualization, aggregation, automation and simplification principles
(4)Should be able to recommend customer with various design and technology
alternatives within Java world like comparison and trade off across
variospresentation framework models and persistence framework models
( 5) Should be able to design and architect application for high data
volume, large user base, complex transaction business scenarios, high
usability and multi-channel data format like SWIFT, hand held devices, Web
channels etc
(6) Should be very comfortable in architecting and designing application
with high performance, RIA and usability design.
(7) Should be the Look forward to person in the project for all technical
related Issues in the project
(8) Should be able to implement technical best practices in design and
coding
(9) Should be an evangelist in component reuse across applications and
promote design patterns with in the project
(10) Support customer accounts / project delivery through technology audits
to ensure right quality.
11) Should be able to conceptualize data model. Should have expertise in
tools for creating conceptual / logical data model
12) Should have good expertise in various J2EE design patterns
13)Must be able to create detailed design using tools like Rational Rose or
equivalent ensuring good amount of Tool Generated Code

*Skill2 - Architecture Frameworks (L1)*
Pre-requisite Should have good knowledge across different architecture
frameworks. Should be able to come up with class diagrams. Exposure to
various design patterns. Experience Range : 2-5


*Essential Skill(s)Skill1 - Java-J2EE (L1)*
Should be aware of the fundamentals and basics on J2EE Overview,
Architecture, Components, Clients, Containers, Technologies (overview of
HTML, JavaScript, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Struts, XML,EJB,?..), Request
handling and coding knowledge. Should understand - what is unit testing
(Screen testing, Class testing etc. what to use when)
