   - Ability to simultaneously manage a complex set of initiatives in
   various phases of development (pre-discovery, discovery, build, test,
   deployment).  Expectation is that the Project Manager will manage 2 – 3
   workstreams (projects).
   - Ability to work in peer relationship with Accountable Leads and
   Implementation Teams to design project charters, work plans, dependencies
   and milestones for a subset of initiatives under an overall Program.
   - Ability to establish and manage effective project governance and
   management routines and tools – and adapt processes to fit the culture of
   an organization
   - Ability to identify, plan, manage and communicate project and program
   interdependencies.
   - Ability to organize and develop planning, status, and issue / risk
   meeting agendas and discussion documents.
   - Ability to function in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to
   change

*Analytical Skills*


   - Ability to work with design, delivery and support teams to develop
   project workplans and milestone plans and align them into an overall
   Program Plan.
   - Ability to work with project teams to independently challenge and
   evaluate performance against plan and assess and manage the program
   critical path
   - Ability to identify and proactively manage issues and risks

*Functional Expertise*


   - Strong experience in program management tools and techniques

   (multiple interfaces and users) projects.
   -  Experience in managing IT Infrastructure projects, i.e., server,
   switch and router replacements, network upgrades
   - Develop and manage project schedule and milestones using MS Project.
   - Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
   - Experienced in managing cross-functional project teams and
   high-visibility projects.
   - Working knowledge : Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange email; UNIX
   servers, SQL servers, Windows servers and clients, Windows OS Upgrades,
   NAS/SAN Storage, VoIP, IVR, Hadoop, Data networking, Oracle, ERP, Wireless,
   Enterprise releases, Cloud, Cisco, Security, VMWare.
   - Ability to communicate effectively with IT management, infrastructure
   teams, software development, and test teams.
   - Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk
   management, and change management.
