3) 3 - Financial - understanding of finance terminology and balance
sheets, ability to produce solid business cases
4) 4 - Facilitation - ability to facilitate meetings, interviews with
stakeholders, requirements gathering
5) 5 - BA Tools - MS Office products and some Visio
*Generic Managerial/Soft Skills:*
1 -Relationship building - Excellent customer service with high level of
productivity
2 -Self Managing - Ability to take initiative, pursue data concerns using
available resources, reach out to stakeholders as appropriate to get the
job done
