Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] SNR Issue
I will do the lab today and will try again and let you know how it goes but yes I was using LSRG, I'll test with only one gw. thanks for your reply. There shouldn't be any other delay other than the delay before ringing timer parameter to route the call to the rd number, Since the rerouting css is used to route both calls, the only difference I see here is that you could be using a rp with LRG configuration and the calls might be routed slightly different depending on the origin (whether 1002 calls 5002 or 5002 is sending the call to the rd number), if that's the case, please isolate the problem and configure a different rp with the corresponding rd number within a new partition, and point it to the hq gw or rl containing only hq rg gateways, in consequence change the rerouting css to a new one containing only the new created pt, Also, did you restart the servers?, configured everything from scratch?, etc, Thanks, On Fri, Feb 5, 2010 at 12:37 AM, Arun Kumar arunv...@gmail.com wrote: Hi All, Any clue will be very helpful on this, during lab 5C I made it working but after that its not working anymore every time same issue, please let me know what to check. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Callmanager install on esx problem
I've had this happen right after a fresh install. I think it may still be doing something in the background because after a while, 30 min or so, I am able to log in via cli. Sent while mobile. [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Phone models in per branch in PL
Hello, Is there a current list somewhere? The proctor guide for Vol2Lab1 (section 1.1) says Phone 2 at each of the locations are 7962 phones while the Volume_2_Labs_1-4_Tables.doc shows 7961 for BR1Ph2, 7960 for BR2Ph2, and 7961 for HQPh2. Are 61s interchangeable with 62s here? Thanks. - tnn314.wordpress.com ___ For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please visit www.ipexpert.com
[OSL | CCIE_Voice] MGCP Gateway Problem
Hey everyone, I wanted see if anyone had any ideas as to what may be wrong here. I have set up the MGCP gateway correctly as far as I can tell. It is registered with CUCM. Attached is the GW's config as well as show ccm-manager, show isdn status and the call routing elements. Everything configuration wise seems to be working. I have a registered status in CUCM and on the GW. Everything seems pretty standard with the routing elements. I have repeatedly done a no mgcp, mgcp to restart the mgcp process. I have physically unplugged the t1 cable to restart it. I have deleted and reconfigured the GW in CUCM as well as on the GW itself. I changed the Stop Routing on Unallocated Number Service Parameter to False (which I know probably isn't effecting anything related to this). I've restarted and/or activated/deactivated all of the various related feature services. I'm sure there's more I've done as I've been trying to figure this out for almost two days. Also, the debug isdn q931 isn't producing any output, which is odd to me. I keep getting a fast busy whenever I dial any numbers. I don't have access to the PSTN router's configuration, however I know it was working as I was able to make phone calls to it when I first got here, but now that I've done my own configuration it is not working anymore. Also, one of the engineers who set it up verified the configuration for me. Please help! It is very much appreciated. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] MGCP Gateway Problem
Jeff, If debug q931 isn't producing output and everything appears to be registered right I'd assume that you have an issue with your phone/line CSS, route patterns, route list, route group, etc. Have you tried resetting the Route Group? Have you tried the dialed number analyzer to see where CUCM thinks the calls should be going for a DN in the particular CSS in use, if anywhere? DNA will tell you if you have a failure in your design, but it won't tell you to go reset the Route Group / Gateway etc. -Jeff On Sat, Feb 6, 2010 at 3:44 PM, Jeff Price (jeffpric) jeffp...@cisco.comwrote: Hey everyone, I wanted see if anyone had any ideas as to what may be wrong here. With the admin password or the OS password? Try both. I've confused myself here in the past only to realize I transposed what I thought each of them were. [OSL | CCIE_Voice] PSTN Router question
Good evening. I am working on Lab 2 from the 4 day instructor led calls this evening (EST) and when I call from the BR2-LON line I get the following from the PSTN router. I am dailling 77353002. I get a fast busy after 7735. I can not call 011442077353003 either. I get a fast busy at the the second 3. Any thoughts. I don't want to reconfigure the PSTN router. I don't think we are supposed to.
