How about delivering to a general delivery mailbox and giving permissions to
both users to that mailbox? MWI can be config'd to update the two user phones
as well.

Is there a way with Unity Connection to deliver a message through a call

From what I saw to make both users owners of the Call handler doesn't make
it, the closest thing I was able to get it's to send it to a distribution
list ( choosen in edit messages of the call handler ) but in that case the
mwi won't turn off on both phones while a user listens to the message but
just on the phone of the listener cause they r logically two separate
 messages.

 Please advice.

 Thanks

I think I might not have been clear about what I am asking

If a service under device | device settings | phone services is missing
like Voice Mail then you won't be able to press the VM button to access it.
To restore the service you have to ssh into the pub and run a command from
memory or cut and paste, I would cut and paste : )

 run sql insert into telecasterservice
 (pkid,Name,NameASCII,Description,URLTemplate,tkPhoneService,EnterpriseSubscription,Priority)
 values('ca69f2e4-d088-47f8-acb2-ceea6722272e','Voicemail','Voicemail','Voicemail','Application:Cisco/Voicemail',2,'t',1)

So from what I have read and been told we have access to this website but I
have read conflicting reports if we can use the search feature, not sure how
that wouldn't work but I do think about it.

Well hopefully this is a good plan for this, hate to get on the lab, be
panicking because something doesn't work, only have to cut and paste this in

you have a better or alternative plan, I am very happy to hear it.

That is correct. It is because of not using LDAP.
The alternative is to log into http://cups-server/ccmuser and log in with

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] RESCHEDULING A CCIE LAB EXAM.

2011-07-25 Thread Michael.Sears
I was in the situation where I needed to postpone the LAB beyond the cutoff
date and they flat out refused.

Lab Exam: Rescheduling, Canceling and Postponing
Prior to Due Date. Cancellations or changes to the exam date, location, or
track must be made prior to the payment due date--90 days before the scheduled
lab date. To make any changes, you must log into the Lab Scheduling
toolhttps://tools.cisco.com/CCIE/Schedule_Lab/CCIEOnline/CCIEOnline and drop
your current lab. Then you can reschedule according to preferred date, location
and track. You may book an exam for a date less than 90 days away, if you
complete payment on the day you book the exam.

If you need to cancel an exam before the due date, and paid via a wire transfer
that has already cleared, you are eligible for a full refund by requesting
support via the Certifications Online
Supporthttp://www.cisco.com/go/certsupport tool.

After Due Date. Changes and cancellations are not permitted after the payment
due date--90 days prior to the scheduled lab date--and no refunds will be
issued. If you are not able to attend your scheduled lab date, contact
supporthttp://ciscocert.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/ciscocert.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=3572p_created=1161629328p_sid=xJ1ELFBip_accessibility=0p_lva=p_sp=cF9zcmNoPTEmcF9zb3J0X2J5PSZwX2dyaWRzb3J0PSZwX3Jvd19jbnQ9NyZwX3Byb2RzPTMxJnBfY2F0cz0mcF9wdj0xLjMxJnBfY
to let them know the lab seat will not be used. You will still forfeit your
payment, but you will be allowed to book another exam date immediately. If you
do not contact support, you will be marked as a no show for the exam and be
barred from booking another exam for 30 days.

Good luck.
