[OSL | CCIE_Voice] Voicemail question
Hi Experts, Please could anyone advise where is best to chop ANI to 4 digits when a site is in SRST and pressing the message button to listen to their voicemail. And they must hear 'enter your pin'. There is a requirement not to use alternate extensions in unity connection. There is another requirement further down to play sender's ANI before each message is played when a subscriber attempts to listen to their messages in their voice mailbox. What I have done so far: I have masked calling party using at the calling party mask of the hunt pilot, so that the subscriber hears 'enter your pin' when they dial into unity connection. But that will break a previous requirement to play sender's ANI before each message is played. Any Ideas plesse. Hello, Use the voice mail box mask under the VM pilot instead of the calling party mask on the hunt pilot. Are you using mtp on ios or on cucm? Remember that for early offer you can use the software mtp on cucm Also remember that if cucm mtps are not associated to any Mrg, they reside on the none mrg, and be used even if not explicity selected on any mrg Em 07/08/2013 15:19, Karen Johnson karen.johnson...@yahoo.ca escreveu: all, when i check MTP in SIP trunk and use MRGL, call become SIP Early offer. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] Calling Search Space
The simplest way is the best way- I would set the CSS on the Device Pool under Device Mobility Related info. This is cleaner since you are assigning CSS in the fewest possible places (there are a lot more DN's and Devices than DPools). Same applies to AAR CSS- set it on the Device Pool. Re: [OSL | CCIE_Voice] NO Extension in CME-SRST
Correct. Bring out of SRST and reload. I think this is a bug with using octo lines in CME SRST in this version. Never happens on the first time going into SRST.
