 Stefano,

When you go to that URL with your browser, using Internet Explorer go to
view and source. This will allow you to see the xml format on the page.
You should be able to edit from that.

Hey Somphol thank you for your reply.

 You mean this?:

There must be something that we have to add in this URL I believe because
as it is doesn't show anything. I remember something similar but I can't
figure it out right now. I'm exercising on something else. So if you can
explain further it would be perfect :)

I added the IP Phone Customization links for things like XML writing,
Background changes for the 7965 etc

 Hi StefanoS,

Just a tiny addition on the good collection of the link you've gathered,
with the long navigation to Cisco IP Phone customization, you may want to
 get the the template from

The url directories under enterprise parameters

There you will see a URL that you can use to retrieve a template.

If I am not mistaken, I think this tip is from one of William Bell's
email or one of his blog posts.

[OSL | CCIE_Voice] MVA and inbound fast start

2013-11-14 Thread Olusegun Oguntuga
Hi,

Can anyone please explain what exactly needs to be done to get calling name
displayed on an enterprise phone when a call is a received via mobile voice
access with inbound fast start enabled.

Display ID is set on the DN when associated to the RDP, and it displays
when I send the call back to the remote destination using the mobility
softkey, but when the call comes in at first via MVA, and is connected only
calling ID is displayed.

Thanks

Hi Olusegun,

I think the best way may be to use slow start for the dial-peer that is
pointed to the MVA DN media resource on the H323 GW. So, while the rest of
the incoming call are still based on fast start, the incoming call via
MVA will use slow start.
