Hi Folks, We have a CUCM 8.5.1 with a brand new CP-3905(SIP only) and we're facing problems to make that registering. Most of our phones are SCCP but we have already some Linksys ATAs connected without any problem. We, recently, added this phone profile and we can see this phone in the drop-down menu to be chosen already. It gets IP address properly from DHCP but doesn't register into Call Manager. Hi folks, We are trying to setup a third-party mode CTI and we have the following scenario: 1) We have configured the DN 6400 2) We have associated a CTI Route Point to that DN 3) An user is associated to that DN. 4) The same user/pass is already being used by the CTI driver, being able to login into the Call Manager. We can see already in the TAPI server's trace log, the DN and the CTI Route Point name. How can we associate a Phone device(7911) to receive the incoming call ? The CTI app will forward that ? Hi Folks, We have here the following scenario on CUCM. All users are dialing out through one group which has a GSM and TDM gateway included, and both gateways are connected using SIP. If GSM connection fails, calls go through E1 gateway. It's working OK now. Problem: Some users don't want to go through GSM gateway since it doesn't have CallerID set.
