Thanks for the reference configuration.
But i don't see any difference, besides that you also configured Visual 
Voicemail.


I was thinking about, maybe my phone isn't set up right.
Type is correctly set and i use digit authentication.

How did you set up your phone?
Any authentication process?

since i'm using the standard one it is subscribed by default 
(Enterprise Service).

You can also verify it in my Config snipped near the bottom:

phoneService  type=2 category=0
nameVoicemail/name
urlApplication:Cisco/Voicemail/url
vendor/vendor
version/version
/phoneService

So subscription seems ok.
I also don't know if all SIP-only phones encounter something similar.
Maybe someone has an 99xx available to check?

Hello Group,
i'm playing arounf with CUE and SIP phones.
I tried to get the messages-button working for an 9971.
Already tried to set Service Provision to extermal and set it to the 
same URL sccp phones use.


Strange thing is all my sccp phones working fine and i can also manually 
dial my CTI RP to get to the VM.

However like i said before, the message button doesn't do anything.

Any hints appreciated. Thanks in advance.
