Just as an FYI and I hope this can help - I am at IE version 9.0.8112.16421 and 
Java 1.6 with no issues. The OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

I updated my IE and java today and now the proctorlabs site won't load the 
login prompt or show the images of the different lab options. Also, an update 
on my MAC did the same thing. Has anyone fixed this yet or ran into the same 
problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The current version of Java is 7.4. I am going to guess that you haven't 
updated in a while.
