Well, i turned off the privacy on both device and rdp but still there is no status on the desk phone unless you press the line button when the call is in progress with remote destination, then you see In use remote in the phone display. What type of phone are you using? For the remote in use, this is the correct way for it to work. Does your line turn red when you are using the mobile phone? desk phone will show remote in use in off hook state only when call is active on mobile. i'm using 7942 and yes the line turns red if there is an active call with remote destination. But the problem is i can not see In use remote until i press the line button.
