[OSL | CCIE_Voice] UCCX white scren
Hello I have UCCX version 5 installed on a server and I upgraded it to version 7.0.1. Now I can not get into the web admin page when I go to my server http://myIP/appadmin then I enter Administrator/ciscocisco it takes me to http://172.16.2.248/appadmin/j_security_check and the page is a blank white page. has anyne seen this? and when I try to uninstall UCCX the remove button is grayed out. Are you using IE, and also, you may try going back to the Appadmin page after the j_security_check as it may update to show you logged in. Try restarting IIS if that fails. Thanks Tanner I have tried IE and firefox and the same for boht.
