Upstream never had apt4rpm in the enterprise product. Isn't the lack of headers similar to bug 3018 http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=3018 Therefore would there be any need to file a bug if its already been filed before? I would agree with Johnny's Hughes statement You would be much better off using yum for updates on CentOS-4.
