I usually go to: http://rpm.pbone.net/ Click "Advanced RPM Search" and select the distros to search. If you want to include the EPEL repository, pick up "Fedora Other". Sorry, I don't understand. Add the few repo's you know you'll need (there aren’t that many) and execute your search. Simple.
