K@ verity issues upgrading to CFMX?

A client is considering upgrading from CF5 to CFMX, but they're
worried about whether their K2 Verity functionality is going to break.

Has anyone had to handle this aspect before?Is the upgrade as
reliable with K2 Verity as it is with everything else?

Any gotchas?

I've done many upgrades from CF 5 to CFMX for environments using Verity K2,
with no problems so far. You will probably have to reconfigure the K2 server
itself, as the server binaries are in different places, but that shouldn't
be a serious problem.
