RE: Any one know where to find the RDS data sources in WDMX
Databases are the first tab in the Application Window. Open that window and you'll see it (assuming RDS is set up, if not that window will prompt you to do so). -Original Message- From: Larry Juncker [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, April 30, 2002 3:51 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: Any one know where to find the RDS data sources in WDMX My Coldfusion Studio had a tab in the lower left that made it so I could look at tables and views in my data sources which really helped with queries to not have too rewrite them. Has anyone found a way to get that functionality back in DWMX? Otherwise, I am really coming around to liking this new step. Along the same line. In CF Studio I could create a query in Query Builder and it would save it in the RDS. In WDMX I am using the Binding-RecordSet. If I remove the query from the document it removes it from the RDS. Doesn't the database tab from the application panel do this? RE: Any one know where to find the RDS data sources in WDMX
My favorite feature in the Application panel is the Components / Web Services window. Been spending way too much time trying out services on xmethods.net. Fun stuff. And the best part is just drag the service in to your code and it write the CFINVOKE for you. -Original Message- From: Larry Juncker [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, April 30, 2002 4:05 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: RE: Any one know where to find the RDS data sources in WDMX Thank You Ben- That was exactly what I was looking for.
