ya exactly, i have all permission on that file.This file path is absolute path.

In some other place i am using the same file path there it is giving correct 
result only,but not here why?

i am wrikting this query but i am not able to see date, for me just i am able 
to see till this (  #page# was last modified on :), after this modified date is 
not printing, why it is happening like this, is there any thing wrong in this

will return a query object listing all of the files.  if you do a 
of that query, you'll see the dateLastModified as one of the available
columns.
