It came through eventually but remember that it was probably mailed out during the Anthrax period and the US mail was pretty badly hit. I was supposed to receive one from another conference which was confirmed as shipped but never received here in the UK. I got food poisoning on Tuesday night which pretty much blew the rest of the conference for me. I missed everything on Wednesday (and Tuesday night). In the past MM has provided a CD to participants after the event (LONG after usually) but individual speakers were pretty much left on their own as far as downloads. I didn't hear anything different this year, but I may have missed it. In any case you might get a definitive answer by writing the presenter for the session you need.
