checking CFAdmin mappings from CF log files

2011-01-26 Thread Don

Hi all.

I have a requirement to check any and all mappings within the CFAdmin but do
not have access to the CF Admin.

Would anyone know how to retrieve them from the log files ( as I do have access
to these ) or maybe another method?

Depends on the version I believe? There are xml files w/ this info -
possibly neo-runtime.xml? In the lib folder, at least for CF 9.

You can do this via the adminapi if they will give you access to that.
But to be fair, if you have access to the xml files, you could give yourself
access to both the cfadmin and the adminapi anyway, so it would be pointless
for them to deny you access to one and not the other.

They're not in the log files. But they are in the configuration files
(neo-*.xml), and exposed through the admin API.
