Dreamweaver does what you want, but I can't say if it's good, because I don't know what else is out there to compare it with. Just to be devils advocate for a moment, how are the figures for domains with say .aspx or .php extensions looking? My impression is that a simple doubling isn't keeping up with broader market growth. I'd hate to be peddling shoddy statistics. Yes there are more php and asp pages, but they are both free products and ColdFusion is not that far behind them (i.e. in the same order of magnitude of pages).
