*Title: Informatica developer -f2f INTERVIEW*

*Atlanta, GA*

*6-12 months*

Must be local to Atlanta



• Develop and test ETL components using Informatica Power
Center.

• Work with Flat Files and relational sources (Oracle and
Netezza).

• Work with Informatica Scheduler.

• Work on push down optimization to deliver efficient ETL code.

• Work on Informatica Designer tools like Source Analyzer,
Target Designer, Transformation Developer, Mapping Designer and Mapplet
Designer.

• Involved in creating Tasks, Sessions, Workflows and Worklet
by using the Workflow Manager tools like Task Developer, Worklet and
Workflow Designer.

• Work with mapping parameters and variables to load data from
different sources to corresponding database table.

• Call unix scripts from Infomatica.

• Create migration document and supported the production
deployment.

• Analyze and fixed the defects and issues in QA and production
environments.

• Involve in deriving Technical Specifications based on
Functional Specifications.

• Prepare the design and related technical documents including
Mapping specification documents and Source to target mapping documents.

• Analyze business requirements and worked closely with the
various application teams and business teams to develop ETL procedures that
are consistent across all applications and systems.

• Prepare Workflow process to run Worklets, Sessions based on
Load dependency

• Unit/peer testing of developed components.

• Made substantial contributions in simplifying the development
and maintenance of ETL by making the efficient use of the existing
Informatica objects and by creating re-usable objects.

Environment: Informatica Powercenter, Netezza, Oracle 10g, PLSQL developer,
Toad, UNIX

I don’t have much description except they need to have atleast 6-7 years
working as informatica developer. IDQ will be huge plus.

There will be quick interview Today or Monday in which they will explain
about the project.

Need to join in this week and this is purely onsite.
