But once the health care reforms (aka Obamacare) kicks in in January 2014 (assuming he wisn re-election) there will be different options based on your income level. Anyone making up to 133% of the poverty level will qualify for Medicaid, and people making up to 400% of the poverty level will be eligible to buy health insurance via exchanges at subsidized rates.
