I'm trying to get a sense for what people perceive as the core team values of Chromium, and I would like to enlist everyone in helping figuring it out.
Basically, I want to put together a small set of core values and a variety of example actions that support (or detract from) those values. A way I've found to do this pretty easily is thinking of a time when I saw someone doing something that I was really impressed by. (The opposite is also true - when you saw someone doing something you really unimpressed by!). If you want to help, try to recall some moments like this, step back and ascertain what the value was that you felt was being supported or detracted. Try and figure out an example of an action that supports that value. Once you've removed any personally identifying remarks or specifics, please send your thoughts to me. Note that I'm looking for individual team member behaviors here specifically, not product features or principles.. With your help, I'd love to put together a doc similar to our product principles that describes how we do (and should be doing) what we do. -Ben --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ Chromium Developers mailing list: chromium-dev@googlegroups.com View archives, change email options, or unsubscribe: http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-dev -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
