I just committed a WebKit roll (r34565) which requires clobbering if you're running IncrediBuild. Not sure why, but that's the outcome I've seen on on the build bots. If you compile using native VS compiler, the dependency-tracking works correctly. Mac and Linux builds are not affected.
If you don't clobber, you won't get compile errors.
