[cia-drugs] Male TI seeks female TIs for friendship
I've been out of the research loop for the past two years for my own sanity, but now that I'm about to turn 40, I'm really wondering where to go from here. For those of you unfamiliar with my research, I compiled numerous essays/papers at my SkewsMe.com websites that were way ahead of their time. For example, the week I was researching what was to be a scathing chapter for one of my ebooks regarding the FBI not keeping track of missing children, they finally decided to comply with a 16 year old Congressional order to maintain statistics. I also seriously doubt Dolly the sheep would have been made public in the news had it not been for me. Shoot, Wikipedia even used to credit my paper on Brain Implants as the basis for their article on the subject. I'm an eccentric genius who has made very powerful enemies over the course of my life spying on organized child abuse rings and going public in 1996. This world is a scary place and only getting worse. The bread and circuses seem to placate most with the opiates of the masses grabbing the rest. No one seems to want to be good anymore despite their claims otherwise. I posted this to about a dozen groups, so if you wish to respond to me, please cc my email.

[cia-drugs] new television show right up our alley
First of all, I am for the most part on a research/repost hiatus right now it being an election year with too many connections peeping in on me, but... I hope most of you caught last night's premiere of the new series Fringe on FOX.com. It will be shown again on Sunday but is available for streaming from their website in the meantime if you don't mind downloading their player. I'm not sure how to explain how important understanding the sciences presented in this new series is. My own SkewsMe.com websites touches on many facets that will be playing out on the show over the next several weeks. (Seriously, nothing is worse than passing the ball to a fellow player and them not having a clue what to do with it...sometimes even running in the opposite direction.)
[cia-drugs] Strong link between crime, lead exposure in children
http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/2004442491_lead28.html Strong link between crime, lead exposure in children By Thomas H. Maugh II and Marla Cone Los Angeles Times The first study to follow lead-exposed children from before birth into adulthood has shown that even relatively low levels of lead permanently damage the brain and are linked to higher numbers of arrests, particularly for violent crime. Previous studies linking lead to such problems have used indirect measures of lead and criminality, and critics have argued that socioeconomic and other factors may be responsible for the observed effects. But by measuring blood levels of lead before birth and during the first seven years of life and then correlating the levels with arrest records and brain size, Cincinnati researchers have produced the strongest evidence yet that lead plays a major role in crime. The team also found that lead exposure is a continuing problem despite the efforts of the federal government and cities to minimize exposure. The average lead levels in the study unfortunately are still seen in many thousands of children throughout the United States, said Dr. Philip Landrigan, director of the Children's Environmental Health Center at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. The link between criminal behavior and lead exposure was found among even the least-contaminated children in the study, who were exposed to amounts of lead similar to what the average U.S. child is exposed to today, said Landrigan, who was not involved in the study. People will sometimes say, 'This is in the past. We are cleaning up lead. We don't have lead problems anymore,' said criminologist Deborah Denno of Fordham University in New York, who was not involved in the study. The Ohio study says this is still a big problem. Nationwide, about 310,000 children between 1 and 5 have blood lead levels above the federal guideline of 10 micrograms per deciliter, and experts suspect that many times that number have lower levels that are nonetheless dangerous. It is a national disgrace that so many children continue to be exposed at levels known to be neurotoxic, said Dr. David Bellinger, of the Harvard Medical School, who wrote an editorial accompanying the research. Although some urban soil is contaminated with lead from gasoline, 80 percent of lead exposure comes from houses built before 1978. Paint in such houses often contains up to 50 percent lead and, even though it has been covered by newer, lead-free paints, it flakes or rubs off. About 38 million U.S. homes, 40 percent of the nation's housing, contain lead-based paint, according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The problem is particularly acute in urban areas, which typically have older housing that has not been renovated. More recently, parents and authorities have become concerned about lead-based paint in toys imported from China. Researchers have long known that lead exposure reduces IQ by damaging brain cells in children during their early years. It is also known that lead increases children's distractibility, impulsiveness and restlessness and leaves them with a shortened attention span, all factors considered precursors of aggressive or violent behavior. A landmark 1990 paper by Denno linked lead to increases in criminal behavior, but the children in the study were not tested for lead levels. The diagnosis was based on their physicians' evaluation, Denno said. The Cincinnati Lead Study enrolled 376 pregnant women in Cincinnati between 1979 and 1984, measuring their blood lead levels during pregnancy and the children's levels during the their first seven years. In the first of the new studies, environmental health research Kim Dietrich of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine studied 250 of the original group, correlating their lead levels with adult criminal-arrest records from Hamilton County, Ohio. Controlling for a variety of factors, including parental IQ, education, income and drug use, Dietrich and colleagues found that the more lead in a child's blood from birth through age 7, the more likely he or she was arrested as an adult. The tie between high lead and violent crime was particularly strong. They found that 55 percent of the subjects (63 percent of males) had been arrested, and that the average was five arrests between the ages of 18 and 24. The higher the blood-lead level at any time in childhood, the greater the likelihood of arrests. The strongest association was with violent criminal activity: murder, rape domestic violence, assault, robbery and possession of weapons, Dietrich said. Blood levels in the children ranged from 4 to 37 micrograms per deciliter. The researchers found, for example, that every 5-microgram-per-deciliter increase in blood lead level at age 6 was accompanied by a 50 percent increase in violent crime

[cia-drugs] A View to a Kill
Back in 1996, weeks before filing my first sworn statement to the FBI regarding the meeting between my parents and Janet Reno at Disneyland, I had a new roommate. One day she brings home this teenage boy. Out of the blue he asked me if I liked James Bond and offers me a video tape hand-labeled James Bond: A View to a Kill. I graciously accepted the video but as I was taking classes at the time just put it away until I later had time later to finally watch it. Instead of the film, the tape is a collection of television news reports from years before regarding terrorist threats here in the Seattle area in addition to other educational-type and triggering material. I immediately started having a flashback of having been shown the footage years before while drugged as part of my training. I hate sometimes feeling like the boy in Omen 2 when he learns the military knows more about him than he does, especially after winning awards despite being a huge rabble-rouser: Presidential Academic Fitness Award for Government from a Department of Defense School (1988) and Dorm Leadership Award from the University of Washington (1989) As it appears that my gang stalkers may have started screwing with me again, I feel the need to write more publically about my experiences of the last decade and more. [cia-drugs] Proverbidioms used by brainwashers
For years I've had a poster named Proverbidioms hanging on my wall. My new girlfriend in 1996 wouldn't have known I had the print when she and another female friend in class made a series of gestures at me in tandum that come straight out of it. At first what they did struck me as highly unusual and vaguely familiar until I noticed the gestures in the picture. Proverbidioms 1 is copyrighted 1980, and there are additional versions circulating. I had the opportunity to show a couple police officers the print, and without mentioning anything conspiratorial, just pointed out the flow of the images I wanted them to notice. The officer about my age suddenly became completely unresponsive, began mumbling to himself, and started pacing back in forth in the hall. Meanwhile, his partner just smiled and kept saying he's ok when I continued to try to get the victim's attention. At this point I asked the unaffected officer if I could put on some music, so I chose The Police Spirits in the Material World to act as the soundtrack of this New World Order moment. A few minutes later, two other officers pulled a different set of triggers on me that I had remembered a few days before. Luckily I wasn't keyed to that conditioned stimulus either.

There was this woman that I'd sense around college campus before seeing her. I'd be sitting there doing my business when I'd get this strange sensation. I'd look up. A few seconds later she'd walk into view. This happened several times. She was drop-dead beautiful in the cutest way. Eventually I learned she knew someone I knew from class and a few days later had the opportunity to entroduce myself to her, but that's about it. I felt very awkward. I mean she is SO HOT. About a week later she came up behind me while I was in a beer line at a Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet concert. She put her hands over my eyes and asked Guess who? I repsonded I have no idea. She said Who do you want it to be? I squeeked A beautiful woman in Seattle? IT WAS HER OMG! I played it cool at the show like she asked and we started dating. She was so out of my league I didn't believe it. She did allude to being with the Department of Defense though. Being a DoD brat myself and having dated so many others, I didn't think much of her comment at the time. One evening I went to her place to watch a movie. While perusing her videos I commented on the America's Funniest Videos tapes. She said they're sometimes used for teaching people what not to do. The movie she popped in was a comedy about the CIA. I remember waking up the next morning feeling like I was missing time. Years later I got the opportunity to see the movie on television. During a scene in which I remember her leaning over to kiss me before nothing, the protagonist of the film gets drugged and abducted. [cia-drugs] Brainwashed at the Mouse House (condensed)
Condensed from Brainwashed at the Mouse House http://www.skewsme.com/mouse_house.html by SkewsMe.com When average folk think of Disney, they envision cute animated and live-action films as well as the theme parks which have become modern-day meccas for the middle-class. For nearly a century, Disney has produced tantalizing eye candy to fulfill peoples' deepest and in some cases darkest desires, and Disneyphiles have eaten it up in droves. From Steamboat Willie to Bambi to Disney World to their On Ice tie-ins to all the Herbie the Love Bug sequels, Disney's popularity has not only lifted them to the status of American icon, but a symbol recognized around the world. Even war-ravaged children in impoverished nations can be seen wearing so-called Disneyana. What can be more enticing than the hypnotic Yo Ho Ho or It's a Small World while floating along the picturesque attractions that have made Disney this planet's most-frequented family vacation destination? The Mouse represents the ideal way of life, a fantasy world devoid of the hardships that the rat race has forced upon us. From the Plasticine facades of Main Street, USA, to the eager cast members immediately scooping up that wayward piece of trash, what can be more ideal than escaping to the Happiest Place on Earth? To die-hard fans, Disney is the paramount of perfection. Anything to the contrary is blasphemous in the eyes of the Disneyphile. They stake their investments on those colorful stock certificates hung over the infant's bed; on the abundance of clothes, toys, and accessories that burst forth from every nook and cranny; on their extensive video collections that line the shelves. To own even a small piece of the Mouse represents a life's dream for many. And no one is going to tell them otherwise. Generations of television viewers welcomed Uncle Walt into their homes every week to promote his theme park, teach about the animal world, and show America how a good Mouseketeer should have fun. Some Mice, past and present, rose to stardom including Annette Funicello, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, and Justin Timberlake. It was Britney who told us, Honestly, I think we should just trust our president in every decision he makes and should just support that, you know, and be faithful in what happens. She is quoted in Michael Moore's Farenheit 9/11 which Disney refused to release. The pride and joy of Walt's empire was Disneyland Park. On 17 July 1955, friends Robert Cummings, Art Linkletter, and Ronald Reagan provided commentary on ABC for the opening day logistical nightmare referred to as Black Sunday by Disney veterans, according to biographer Marc Eliot. Things eventually fell into place, and over the years additional Disney parks have sprung up not only in a second Orange County, but in Europe and Asia as well. Walt Disney World even became the backdrop for President Richard Nixon's infamous I'm not a crook speech. Walt Disney Productions is a publicly owned conglomerate like so many other business giants, and they too seek to make money from their holdings using whatever method possible. Under the more than twenty year reign of Michael Eisner, who lost his position as chairman in 2004, Disney earned the title of Business Week's worst managed board in 1997. Disney has invested in its employees through so-called dead peasants life insurance. These tax exempt policies were in many cases taken out illegally without the mark's knowledge. Working someone to death has become highly profitable for the Mouse. Disney was even found guilty in 2000 of coercing a dying employee out of more than a million dollars. Disney subsidiaries include movie studios that have produced such controversial films as Kids, described as nihilistic child pornography by family advocates, and Priest, such an alarming and sick movie that the gay newspaper The Advocate reported it under the heading 'Family Alert Issues' according to the www.anomalies-unlimited.com website. Disney even considered filming the movie Ripe about deflowering 14-year-old twins. Disney also hosts Viewer's Choice Hot Choice pay-per-view soft porn on their cable channels according to the website. Pornography has even been allowed to slip into their animated features. A photo of a topless woman appeared in The Rescuers home video. In Who Framed Roger Rabbit? Jessica Rabbit doesn't appear to be sporting underwear when she twirls. There's also a questionable scene involving Baby Herman sulking under a woman's petticoats. The original home video cover art for The Little Mermaid contained a phallus. And mysterious layering of voices in Aladdin has him saying Good teenagers, take off your clothes. Disney claims that people are our most valued asset, but Disney sweatshops are located in numerous countries reports the Immaculata High School's Child Slave Labor project at their

[cia-drugs] Decriminalization
Decriminalization Can any policy, however high-minded, be moral if it leads to widespread corruption, imprisons so many, has so racist an effect, destroys our inner cities, wreaks havoc on misguided and vulnerable individuals and brings death and destruction to foreign countries? Milton Friedman, a Nobelist in economics, is a senior research fellow at the Hoover Institution One in every 142 U.S. residents was in prison or jail [in 2002].1 The number of Americans under the control of the criminal justice system grew by 130,700 [in 2003] to reach a new high of nearly 6.9 million, according to a Justice Department report [released 26 July 2004]. This is about 3.2 percent of the adult population in the United States, the report said, and the total includes people in jail and prison as well as those on probation and parole.2 About 58 percent of federal prisoners are being held for drug law violations. Among state inmates, approximately 21 percent are confined for drug offenses.3 There have been over ten million arrests for marijuana possession since 1970. While it may be a rare case these days that a person is put in prison for nothing more than smoking a joint, there is fairly solid evidence to conclude that at least 2.4% of total prison inmates are in for marijuana possession. The fact that annually at least 50,000 Americans have had years of their lives taken away for merely possessing marijuana is quite appalling a plant that at least one third of all Americans have at one time used. There are well over 720,000 marijuana arrests per year. Of these, the vast majority (88%) are for possession alone. Being arrested is no small thing. You are handcuffed, taken into custody, fingerprinted, mug shots taken, held until you can post bail, and pretty well guaranteed to receive a criminal record, jail time or not.4 Those with one drug-possession offence are ineligible for federal college aid for one year after conviction. A second drug-possession or first drug-sale conviction means ineligibility for two years. More convictions bar aid indefinitely, unless the offender undergoes drug rehabilitation.5 Doing hard time is no laughing matter. It destroys lives. It exposes you to aggressive, violent criminals, abuse, diseases,i and leaves you permanently changed. Incarceration is completely ineffective in controlling drug use. Drugs are more available as well as more appealing inside of prison. In fact, a marijuana using prisoner will likely turn to a harder drug because the drug test for marijuana use is much harder to beat.6 That the presence of a given kind of behavior is the result of a sequence of social experiences during which the person acquires a conception of the meaning of the behavior, and perceptions and judgements of objects and situations, all of which make the activitiy possible and desirable. Thus, the motivation or disposition to engage in the activity is built up in the course of learning to engage in it and does not antedate this learning process. For such a view it is not necessary to identify those traits which cause the behavior. Instead, the problem becomes one of describing the set of changes in the persons conception of the activity and of the experience it provides him.7 It costs three to four times as much to house a prisoner as it does to enroll them into a treatment program. The RAND Corporation has found that drug treatment is much more effective and far less costly than longer sentences or conventional enforcement.8 [Expert William J. Chambliss, speaking as the Head of Criminology Department at Georgetown University, said in an interview for the 1996 documentary The Hemp Revolution:] We will look back on this era and the response to drugs in this country, and think that was the worse thing that happened in the McCarthy era. It is insanity run amok and there is not a sane voice in the federal government saying anything about it.9 [Former House Speaker Newt] Gingrich propose[d] that drug dealers get mandatory life terms on first convictions and the death sentence for second convictions. If you sell it, we are going to kill you, he said.10 The legalization of medical marijuana remains a tenuous topic in the United States. Much debate revolves around a March 1999 report by the Institute of Medicine (IOM), which studied the potential health benefits of marijuana at the request of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). The report, which takes an extensive look at the issue, does not conclusively support those for or against medical marijuana. While legalization on the state level is a clear victory for advocates of medicinal marijuana, users who are caught with the drug are still subject to punishment under federal law, which supercedes state law.11 DEA agents have moved against medical marijuana gardens as small as six plants, over the protests of local district attorneys. In at least three cases, federal officials have arrested patients
[cia-drugs] Dutch to Open Electronic Files on Children
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20050913/ap_on_re_eu/netherlands_child_files Dutch to Open Electronic Files on Children Tue Sep 13, 6:36 PM ET AMSTERDAM, Netherlands - The Dutch government plans to open an electronic file on every child at birth as a tool to spot and protect the troubled kids of the future. Beginning Jan. 1, 2007, all citizens will be tracked from cradle to grave in a single database including health, education, family and police records the health ministry said Tuesday. As a privacy safeguard, no single person or agency will be able to access all contents of a file. But organizations can raise "red flags" in the dossier to caution other agencies about problems, ministry spokesman Jan Brouwer said. The intention is to protect troubled children, Brouwer said. Until now, schools and police have been unable to communicate with each other about truancy records and criminality, which are often linked. "Child protection services will say, 'Hey, there's a warning flag from the police. There's another one from school. There's another one from the doctor," Brouwer said. "Something must be going on and it's time to call the parents in for a meeting." Every child will get a Citizens Service Number, making it easier to keep track of children with problems even when their families move, said Secretary of Health Clemence Ross. "Safety, guidance, education and supervision are incredibly important for the development of children," Ross said. All Dutch births are currently registered with local authorities. Every airwave channel here in Seattle with hardly an exception is broadcasting a Red Cross music special for Katrina victims...Bono is singing as I type this. The opening song was "they're trying to wash us away" or something. This is the closest thing I've EVER heard of approaching an EMERGENCY BROADCAST! 9/11 was on fewer airwave channels. [cia-drugs] Spy schedule on PBS
KCTS here in Seattleis going to beairing a seriesentitled "Spy". http://www.kcts.org/SeriesSchedule.asp?N1=SPYYch=DT #101 Into the Unknown Stripped of their old identities, the raw recruits meet for the first time in London on day one. They receive their first briefing from their 'Spy Masters.' With no time to unpack, they are sent on their first mission: a real test used by Mossad, the Israeli Secret Service. They are given just 10 minutes to talk their way into a strangers flat and be seen by their trainers drinking a glass of water on the balcony. After only 24 hours on the course, the recruits must learn a vital lesson: every spy can break under pressure. Without warning they are abducted from their safe-houses in the middle of the night and interrogated by intelligence professionals. They must stick to their cover names and avoid giving away any details about their real lives. #102 Open Your Eyes The wannabe spies hone their skills at 'going grey' - the art of mingling in a crowd without being noticed. The trainers instruct them in using effective body language and building an instant rapport with strangers. The recruits then embark on their toughest mission yet, which will test their skills of persuasion, nerve and the ability to think on their feet. They attempt to gain access to an office building (during working hours) and take photographs of confidential documents without getting caught. #103 Under Cover The greatest spies in history are those who blend effortlessly into any new environment. Will the recruits be up to the job? Their mission brief is simple go undercover, assume a new identity and fool those around them into believing that theyre someone theyre not. Their trainers, real former spies, are monitoring their progress and have a devious trap to find the recruits out. Will all of them make it through? #104 The Confidence of Strangers The recruits continue their quest to master the spying game. Following the dismissal of the first candidate, the remaining recruits struggle with their feelings as they are taught the ruthless art of cultivation - how to lie and manipulate others. Whether its gaining confidential information from a hotel receptionist or getting a total stranger to look after a sensitive document for them, the recruits will need all their skills of charm and persuasion to pull it off. The recruits final, highly confidential mission is to win the trust of each others nearest and dearest. They are to manipulate the person to gain entry into the family home and photograph the master bedroom without being detected. #105 Too Close for Comfort The art of surveillance is a core skill for any would-be spy. Working in teams, the recruits practice the basics of following targets without being noticed or drawing attention to themselves. The would-be spies are tested as the trainers watch and judge them on their triumphs and failures. For their latest mission, the recruits must use all their spy skills and put their professionalism to the ultimate test in a one-one-one surveillance mission in Brighton. They dont realize until the last minute that their target is actually their closest friend or family member whom they havent been allowed to see since starting the course. If they allow their personal feelings to compromise the mission, they risk being thrown out of spy school. #106 Safe as Houses Having mastered observation and surveillance skills, the recruits are now faced with their first 36-hour mission. They have to mount a surveillance operation on the occupants of two target houses. They must break into target properties, plant secret cameras and bugs and fix tracking devices to cars. Split into teams, the recruits relationships are put to the test as they share cramped and claustrophobic living conditions for the duration of their stake-out. http://www.SkewsMe.com Emailschedule reminders of "Spy"at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cia_tradecraft/ Complete archives at http://www.sitbot.net/ Please let us stay on topic and be civil. [cia-drugs] State of the Notion -- CIA Mind Control
CIA Mind Control Mind control is not only possible, but has been done before and is still continuing on unsuspecting people all over the United States of America. Through various behavior modifying techniques, including hypnosis and powerful drugs, the ancient desire to control people with magical potions had come alive again in the 1940s. The US government, by ignoring fundamental ethical codes throughout their programs aimed at controlling human behavior, rival the Nazis in cruel and unusual research. Since World War II, the United States government, mainly the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), has secretly and, at times, inhumanely, sought a way to control human behavior. The CIA mind control programs were not only a continuation of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS, Americas W.W.II intelligence agency) quest for a truth drug, but also the beginnings of a drug culture in America. As far as we can tell by documented evidence, modern day mind control started in Nazi Germany, was continued by the US military, then the CIA sunk into it. The CIA expanded mind control projects more than ever before, testing on thousands of subjects all over the country, thus violating a basic principle of the CIA. The CIA barged into the mind control research field shortly after its creation and has ever since been involved in one way or another in mind control. The Agency began its research with experiments in hypnosis. Hypnosis, generally speaking, can not make someone do something that they normally would not do. However, if you can change their beliefs in a situation while they are hypnotized, you can get the subject to murder or do almost anything else. Murder is not the only anti-social act that people can be forced to do with the use of hypnosis and post hypnotic suggestions. (Post hypnotic suggestion, or PHS, is a hypnotically implanted suggestion that is cued by a specific word, sound, etc., that would trigger the programmed act.) When drugs are added, PHS is much easier and the right subject could be programmed to do anything. In case the subject ever remembered being hypnotized and programmed, the doctors would install false memories to cover up what really happened. This way, even if the subject began to remember things related to his programming, he would remember it incorrectly. The method of retrieving covered or forgotten, painful, traumatizing memories is called regression therapy. Regression therapy has brought forth many forgotten abuses, mind control experiments and other troubling experiences. The CIAs mind control programs went unnoticed by the public and most of the federal government until Nelson Rockefeller headed a commission to investigate CIA abuses [in 1975]. Among the long list of abuses mentioned was Frank Olsons death. It interested many people how an unnamed Army employee had jumped out a hotel window to his death after CIA men had given him LSD without his knowledge. This interest led to hearings on the CIAs unethical research. Unwitting testing was not only done on adults, but also on children. Dr. Martin Orne, a founding member of the False Memory Syndrome Foundation, conducted CIA funded mind control experiments on children in the 1950s. Two former patients of CIA-connected studies testified before the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments. The two women say the experiment sessions occurred when they were about eight years old and involved electroshock, hypnosis, shots (drugs), sexual abuse and intelligence tradecraft training. More evidence of child mind control came to light in 1995 during the Presidents Advisory Committee on Radiation Experiments (Clintons apology). To rob a child of his or her innocence by making them perform sexual acts, altering their behavior by electronic means or any of the other tactics used by the CIA is inexcusable and disheartening.1 Some of the children subjected to the experimentation, according to New Orleans psychologist Valerie Wolf, were fragmented by trauma-based programming into a spate of alternate personalities. Most of these patients responded to certain sounds, Wolf reported in testimony to the Presidents Advisory Committee on Radiation Experiments on March 15, 1995, clickers, metronomes or just clicking the tongue or hand clapping. Patients would vacillate from calm to robotically asking, Who do you want me to kill? They were triggered to attempt suicide and attack the therapist, or march out of the office in a fugue state to assassinate somebody. Claudia Mullens, a survivor of the experiments, testified at the Advisory Committee hearings about a trip in 1959 to the Deer Creek camp in Maryland, then used to train child prostitutes for sexual blackmail operations. At the camp, she was the guest of a Mr. Sheiber, an alias of the CIAs notorious LSD meister Dr. Sidney Gottleib: Most of the men I came to know well were either there as observers or volunteer targets. We were taught different ways to
