Devil Companies, Devil Products, Devil Logos? by Texe Marrs Texe Marrs What messages are some of the world's top corporations sending with their choices for names of products and companies? In my book Project LUCID, I uncover the curious, occultic overtones of the Lucent Technologies' logo--a fiery red circle. The name Lucent is itself questionable. Some say it stands for Lucifer's Enterprises. Of course, the corporation's spokesmen vociferously deny it. Lucent Technologies is touting its newest software innovation, brand-named Inferno. Inferno! What message is this mega-giant company--formerly known as ATT's Bell Labs--trying to send us? A ministry friend from Columbus, Ohio, recently decided to check out the Lucent web site on the internet and was shocked by what he found. Here's his report: The Lucent Technologies web site pictures a whirlpool of fire that is vivid red. Also, the buttons are not only red, but they are moving like flames. If you go to the Inferno bulletin board on Lucent's site, you can also view this. I am certain that the Lord led me to this file because it was no longer available the following day. Either I was somehow enabled to access a classified file or it was pulled by Lucent. This file should leave no doubt--except to the most blind among us--that Lucent Technologies is the most blatantly evil company in the world. Running with the Devil Well, Lucent may or may not be an evil firm, but if so, it sure has a lot of company. Consider, for example, Reebok International, the athletic footwear company. Reebok recently gave one of its lines of women's running shoes the telling name, Incubus. In medieval magic and lore, the incubus is a demon that has sex with women while they sleep! In U.S. News and World Report (March 3, 1997), it was reported that some 53,000 pairs of the Incubus line of shoes had, so far, been shipped to retailers. But a Reebok spokesman insisted that the company was surprised when the occultic meaning of the name Incubus was first brought to management's attention. We had no idea, said the spokesman. Lucifer Manufacturing Then there's Honeywell, the Minnesota-based computer giant. Honeywell has some of its Christian employees upset because the corporation is reportedly pushing a pro-homosexual philosophy. All workers are required to attend Diversity Training seminars during which the virtues of the gay lifestyle are extolled and praised. Honeywell has, for years, had a subsidiary company based in Europe named--believe it or not--Lucifer Manufacturing! That's right, Lucifer. Probably just another embarrassing surprise, right? Are we to believe that Honeywell's top executives had no idea who Lucifer is? Honeywell works closely with Oracle, a software corporation active in Big Brother technologies. Together, Honeywell and Oracle produce computerized control systems for the New World Order, including scanning equipment for security operations. Honeywell's global division has especially found success selling Honeywell's Smart Distributed System, which, like Superman's fabled x-ray vision, can literally see through materials. Recently, a friend of the ministry e-mailed me a Honeywell press release in which the giant corporation announced that its Lucifer subsidiary has now been sold to another large corporation, Parker-Hannifin. Lucifer Lighting Lucifer Lighting Not to be outdone, a U.S.A. company in San Antonio also goes by the name of Lucifer: Lucifer Lighting Co. A friend sent me one of this company's sale brochures. The brochure advertises that the firm makes and sells such products as Lucifer light strips and Lucifer halogen lights. Now please, tell me: What corporate CEO in his right mind would name a light company Lucifer? 666 Company Linked with Microsoft? Now let us leave Lucifer and take a look at what's going on at Microsoft, the world's largest software corporation. Microsoft has recently announced it's gone into business with Apple Computers, one of the top makers of personal and networking computers. According to Fortune magazine, billionaire Bill Gates, founder of Microsoft, is the richest man in the U.S.A. Gates was an attendee and a key player at Soviet Communist Mikhail Gorbachev's State of the World Forum in San Francisco last year. Cooperating with Apple, Gates and his Microsoft Corporation will gain significant new inroads into the computer market. Microsoft's global software and internet superiority will intensify. But, have Bill Gates and Microsoft linked up with a devilish company in Apple? Consider Apple's choice for its corporate symbol? The company's logo is an apple that has had a bite taken out of it. This is the only real question people must ask themselves unless one happens to be a billionaire. As wealth is now the only badge of freedom, and as the American masses continue to lose jobs, private property, Constitutional rights, opportunity, and intellectual capacity, it is clear that our trajectory is spiraling downward into the new dictatorial definitions of our political handlers. Feudalism is alive and well on the homeland, and we are trapped like rats in constant states of mass manipulation and unadulterated ignorance. Its been obvious for centuries that clear warnings cannot be heard by historically challenged people. Americans are completely ignorant when it comes to the history of this nation and the world remarkably ignorant. They have never studied the history of the Federal Reserve, their educational system, nor their Constitutional government. Instead, they have blindly accepted everything that televised elites have dictated on their behalf. American people STILL havent learned to READ pending legislation or to watch the money exchangers. They are playing the global monopoly game. Todays American has fallen victim to reality manipulation through all forms of screen entertainments from tell-a-vision to computer game addictions. The science of visual manipulation is hard core science, and why American people are, in fact, addicted to screens. Between the flashing lights, colors, and sound combinations, American people are now literally addicted to computer and tell-a-vision devices. Silence in homes has become virtually impossible to bear, and both children and adults find themselves virtual slaves to the electronics in their possession. This addiction was not by accident. This was science created to pacify and capture the attention of entire nations so that a new breed of government and governors could take control unnoticed. It worked, and it is called mind control. Add to visual mind control techniques the other sciences, such as electromagnetic pulsing technologies, widespread use of pharmaceutical drugs, readily available recreational drugs, and food, air, and water that has been modified and altered, and layers upon layers of mind controlling technologies have served to enhance what was originally standard human ignorance. Todays American people are but pale comparisons to yesterdays citizens, and they are literally incapable of standing for, caring about, or comprehending anything. Frankly, our brains have been captured, and they no longer think for themselves. They think like TV. American people are addicted to screens of every make and measure, to junk food, bottled water, pharmaceutical drugs, and debt. Their addictions are chronic. The people are a wreck, and they are wrecks by psycho-dynamic design. People believe tell-a-vision sets over flesh and blood human beings. They believe the rich over the un-rich. Welcome to the quintessential state of the dialectic. Right is now left. Today, our national leaders are yanking every freedom guaranteed to the people. They do so unfettered and unnoticed. Even if noticed, the people dont care because they are incapable of caring. Their addictions take precedence over all else. As an addict, freedom does not exist on any level. You cannot focus upon reality, because reality becomes a daily, self-centered, and private embarrassment. Science has assured this desperation. Financial science, technological science, all sciences of genetic modifications, and most surely the social sciences have altered reality in completion and directly beneath our noses, and we have become true-blue addicts to this altered society. Addictions destroy ethical concerns of every make and measure. Ethics dont matter to addicts particularly screen addicts. Pleasure becomes manic attempts to have, see, or win something, and addictive visuals assure users that all things soulfully destructive are literally fair game. Addiction games are also plaguing our tell-a-vision sets. In fact, it is fair to say that much of prime time broadcasting is now game-based and reinforces the new governments social manipulation through enforced socializing entertainments including, but not limited to, p.m. game shows and paramilitary drama series each with their own brand of color and light flashing brain manipulations and social propaganda. And then there are our childrens computer/Internet games. Build and control human beings. Build and control human villages. Decide who breeds and who does not breed in cultures where marriage does not exist - and all marketed to children. And these games also request extraordinary information from our children information like their mothers maiden names and the childrens birth

By Trudy Rubin A thousand mourners placed flowers around the casket of Anna Politkovskaya in Moscow yesterday, weeping for one of Russia's most famous journalists, who was assassinated last week. This is a huge story - eclipsed by the North Korean nuclear test - that says much about the Russia of today and the future. Politkovskaya was the Bob Woodward and the Seymour Hersh of Russian journalism rolled into one in a country where investigative reporting can be fatal. She's the 13th Russian journalist killed in a contract-style murder since Russian President Vladimir Putin took office in 2000. According to the Committee to Protect Journalists, none of the cases has been solved. A harsh critic of Putin's rule, Politkovskaya risked her life to report on government corruption and human-rights abuses. She had been threatened, jailed, exiled, even poisoned - in a previous effort to kill her. She was gunned down in broad daylight in her apartment lobby by an assassin who left his Makarov pistol by her body - the trademark of a Russian hit man. She was murdered just before the scheduled publication of an exposé of Russian-sanctioned torture in Chechnya. A Russian journalist friend said on the phone, "Can you imagine if Bob Woodward was killed in his doorway? Whatever your presidents think of Woodward, he is still reporting. There is something wrong with this country." That "something" is evident in Putin's response to Politkovskaya's death. The Russian leader has made no statement to his own people about the crime, mentioning it only in response to inquiries from President Bush and German Chancellor Angela Merkel. But he denigrated Politkovskaya while in Germany this week, saying her work was of "very minor" import to Russia. He said her death was of concern mainly to human-rights circles in the West. Pro-Kremlin newspapers (most of Moscow's media are now government-controlled) even suggested that Russian liberals might have arranged the murder to destabilize the homeland. Putin told Bush he would order an investigation, but no one should expect her real murderer to be found. This vicious killing is a reminder of how far Russia has swerved back toward authoritarianism under Putin. In 1990, I worked as an exchange journalist for Moscow News and watched Soviet journalists take advantage of glasnost and, for the first time, really report on political issues. Under Putin, the Kremlin has taken back control of national television and muzzled all but a few national newspapers. Few journalists have the courage of Politkovskaya, when the penalty can be death. Her tragedy recalls the similar death in 1998 of the courageous, internationally known human-rights campaigner Galina Starovoitova. She, too, was gunned down in her lobby, in St. Petersburg. I visited her grave one week after her death and watched long lines of mourners toss flowers and poems on the tomb, their tears frozen by cold. At that time, Putin was head of the FSB - the KGB successor organization - and could have used his vast resources to find the killer. But Starovoitova's assassin has never been found. It doesn't matter whether such killings are ordered by the Kremlin or regional politicians, or, in Politkovskaya's case, possibly by a Kremlin-backed Chechen leader. We'll never learn who contracted these hits because the Kremlin has no interest in such revelations. The deaths of journalists and human-rights activists send a sharp message to Russians: Don't criticize, or you, too, may wind up dead. Flush with oil revenue with which to pacify his public, Putin has muzzled dissent at every level. He has neutered the regional governments and national parliament (and intimidated Russia's neighbors, such as Georgia). He has also tamed the so-called oligarchs - businessmen who accumulated vast wealth after the Soviet breakup and presented a political threat to the Kremlin. One such oligarch - oilman Mikhail Khodorkovsky - was sent to Siberia for eight years on trumped-up charges; the Kremlin broke up and took control of his vast, international oil company, Yukos. Some human-rights experts fear Khodorkovsky may be murdered while behind bars. Only recently, the deputy central bank chairman, Andrei Kozlov, who campaigned against bank crime, was shot dead in Moscow. And don't forget the attempted murder by poison of Ukrainian politician Viktor Yushchenko in the run-up to the Orange Revolution: He accused the Kremlin. You get the picture. In October of 1966, in Oakland California, Huey Newton and Bobby Seale founded the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense. The Panthers practiced militant self-defense of minority communities against the U.S. government, and fought to establish revolutionary socialism through mass organizing and community based programs. The party was one of the first organizations in U.S. history to militantly struggle for ethnic minority and working class emancipation a party whose agenda was the revolutionary establishment of real economic, social, and political equality across gender and color lines. Black Panther Theory: The practices of the late Malcolm X were deeply rooted in the theoretical foundations of the Black Panther Party. Malcolm had represented both a militant revolutionary, with the dignity and self-respect to stand up and fight to win equality for all oppressed minorities; while also being an outstanding role model, someone who sought to bring about positive social services; something the Black Panthers would take to new heights. The Panthers followed Malcolm's belief of international working class unity across the spectrum of color and gender, and thus united with various minority and white revolutionary groups. From the tenets of Maoism they set the role of their Party as the vanguard of the revolution and worked to establish a united front, while from Marxism they addressed the capitalist economic system, embraced the theory of dialectical materialism, and represented the need for all workers to forcefully take over the means of production. Black Panther History: On April 25th, 1967, the first issue of The Black Panther, the party's official news organ, goes into distribution. In the following month, the party marches on the California state capital fully armed, in protest of the state's attempt to outlaw carrying loaded weapons in public. Bobby Seale reads a statement of protest; while the police respond by immediately arresting him and all 30 armed Panthers. This early act of political repression kindles the fires to the burning resistance movement in the United States; soon initiating minority workers to take up arms and form new Panther chapters outside the state.The Black Panther: [off-site link] Articles from 1968-69 In October of 1967, the police arrest the Defense Minister of the Panthers, Huey Newton, for killing an Oakland cop. Panther Eldridge Cleaver begins the movement to "Free Huey", a struggle the Panthers would devote a great deal of their attention to in the coming years, while the party spreads its roots further into the political spectrum, forming coalitions with various revolutionary parties. Stokely Carmichael, the former chairman of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) and a nationally known proponent of Black Power, is recruited into the party through this struggle, and soon becomes the party's Prime Minister in February, 1968. Carmichael is adamantly against allowing whites into the black liberation movement, explaining whites cannot relate to the black experience and have an intimidating effect on blacks; a position that stirs opposition within the Panthers. Carmichael explains: "Whites who come into the black community with ideas of change seem to want to absolve the power structure of its responsibility for what it is doing, and say that change can only come through black unity, which is the worst kind of paternalism. If we are to proceed toward true liberation, we must cut ourselves off from white people. [otherwise] we will find ourselves entwined in the tentacles of the white power complex that controls this country." Stokely Carmichael: The Basis of Black Power In the beginning of 1968, after selling Mao's Red Book to university students in order to buy shotguns, the Party makes the book required reading. Meanwhile, the FBI, under J. Edgar Hoover, begins a program called COINTELPRO (counterintelligence program) to break up the spreading unity of revolutionary groups that had begun solidifying through the work and examaple of the Panthers the Peace and Freedom Party, Brown Berets, Students for a Democratic Society, the SNCC, SCLC, Poor People's March, Cesar Chavez and others in the farm labor movement, the American Indian Movement, Young Puerto Rican Brothers, the Young Lords and many others. To destroy the party, the FBI begins with a program of surgical assassinations killing leading members of the party who they know cannot be otherwise subverted.
